We will create a beautiful 10-1/2" x 5-1/4" scallop edged album using the bind-it-all and 7Gypsies Carolina Flocked paper. We’ll incorporate acrylic elements, paint, ink, stickles, bling, flowers, Tim Holtz tickets, and lots of charm.
